The Leopard’s operative is murdered while on holiday on the Cornish coast of the U.K. Dr. Olga Romanov, known as the Leopard, learns that the infamous Sinaloa Cartel boss ordered the assassination, Isabella Torres, also known as the Dragon Lady. Dr. Romanov discovers that Isabella Torres has expanded her cartel into the nefarious business of organ harvesting, targeting desperate illegal immigrants crossing the United States’ southern border.

Dr. Romanov sends her team to New Mexico to join Charles Johnson’s Defense Foundation assets to investigate and track down Carolyn’s killers. The team pursues the Dragon Lady and her sicarios throughout Mexico’s border towns and helps thwart a cartel attack on Charles Johnson’s ranch in New Mexico.
