Terrorism broke out across Europe, led by ISIL's heinous American-born terrorist leader, Jack Rahaim. To combat terrorism, American President Marie Cunningham enlisted Charles Johnson, head of the Defense Foundation, and Dr. Olga Romanov to form a secretive committee of Western anti-terrorism experts. One committee member, Jean-Noël Berger, was insanely jealous of the Leopard, fearing she might discover his illegal arms dealings. Afraid of exposure, he plotted with his underworld partners to assassinate her. Their attempt failed, but the Leopard was severely wounded. She convalesced at Charles Johnson's ranch in New Mexico.

ISIL and Iran attempted to interfere with American drone operations over the Middle East, causing control issues with the planes. The Air Force thwarted their efforts and located the cyber-attack site in southwest Iran. The US Navy conducted a covert strike on the site using a top-secret stealth drone, the X-47B. Unable to control American Predator drones, Jack Rahaim adopted a new strategy, deploying ISIL-made small drones equipped with Claymore mines to attack the US.

A video surfaced on social media showing Jack Rahaim brutally killing hundreds of innocent men, women, and children. The intelligence committee scrambled to prevent Rahaim’s planned attacks on American open-air football stadiums. After the attacks, the President ordered a Predator drone strike in Syria, which killed Rahaim and the Caliph, Abdul-Qaadir Farooqi.

The Leopard took revenge on those behind the assassination attempt when her forensic investigators uncovered the ownership of Jean-Noël Berger and his partners' hidden offshore companies. One by one, her team eliminated or neutralized those responsible. The final target, Jean-Noël Berger, hiding with his mistress in New Zealand, was found and eliminated by the Leopard and her team, ending with a flourish.
